Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery applies to orders of £50 and over placed online at www.bagsofglamour.co.uk, excluding international orders.
We can send orders to United Kingdom and ship to Europe.
Delivery to United Kingdom is charged £2.99 per delivery.
Delivery to Europe is normally within 10-14 working days and from £7 per order.
Confirmation order before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) is normally dispatched the next business day.
Orders require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advice that a delivery has been attempted.

Returns & Replacements

If you have a faulty or damaged item or if you wish to cancel or return the goods to us for any reason, it must be within 7 days from the receiving date. You can either email or telephone our Customer Services Team on … within our opening hours.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are used.
After we receive the damaged or returned item(s) full refunds will be credited to the card used for the original payment.

Once you have placed your order you will immediately see on screen your Order Summary.
Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. PayPal or Google Checkout takes payment from your card, when they process your order and have checked your card details. After we receive a notification from PayPal or Google Checkout that the amount has been debited.
Order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are despatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage.
Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
